With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Adam Indge co-founded Galahad to deliver exceptional consultancy services for complex projects. His background in Tier 1 contracting and government frameworks underpins his expertise in Project Management and Contract Administration, ensuring seamless project delivery across all sectors. A CIOB-accredited professional, he is known for his dedication to quality and client satisfaction, as well as delivering sustainable solutions.
Adam’s strengths in Cost Management and Dispute Resolution ensure that projects are both on budget and meet client expectations, while his experience in Business Mentoring supports the development of strong, efficient teams within each project. His strategic approach, focused on Risk Assessment and client alignment, optimises resources without compromising on quality, guiding projects from planning to successful handover.

Adam Robinson
Adam Robinson, co-founder of Galahad, brings over 18 years of experience in M&E project management across healthcare, government, and commercial sectors. With a Master’s in Construction Project Management and CIBSE accreditation, Adam’s background in M&E contracting and Tier 1 firms underpins Galahad’s Building Services Engineering and Project Management offerings, where he ensures meticulous attention to regulatory standards and quality.
Adam’s collaborative approach is reflected in his strengths in Contract Administration and Cost Management, where he ensures that projects meet both budgetary and quality benchmarks. His experience in Business Mentoring supports strong client relationships and team development, while his focus on Risk Assessment and proactive management drives projects to exceed client expectations from start to finish.
